Three hostages, after enduring 498 days in captivity, have arrived at an army facility to reunite with their families and undergo initial medical and psychological assessments. Their release, part of a prisoner exchange involving 369 Palestinians, has eased concerns over the potential collapse of the ceasefire agreement.

Meanwhile, the humanitarian crisis in Gaza remains severe, with thousands displaced and lacking access to basic necessities such as food, water, and electricity. The international community continues to call for an immediate end to the violence and a lasting ceasefire.

As part of the truce, Israel has begun releasing Palestinian prisoners following the handover of the three Israelis—Alexander Trufanov, Sagui Dekel-Chen, and Yair Horn—to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Khan Younis. The released hostages appeared to be in stable physical condition. Reports indicate that 369 Palestinians are expected to be freed as part of the agreement.
