Because of a sore left ankle, LeBron James is sitting out the Warriors game. The Lakers announced on Wednesday that LeBron James would not be playing against Golden State on Thursday due to his ongoing left ankle injury. James declared at the All-Star Game on Sunday that he would take advantage of the break to receive more treatment for peroneal tendinopathy. He made a suggestion that he might miss the Warriors game but did not elaborate on the nature of the treatment.
