For the second time, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been refused bail.

Sean “Diddy” Combs wants to testify in his criminal trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, according to his attorney.

“I am not sure whether I can stop him from making use of the stand. “He is very eager to tell his story,” said Marc Agnifilo, the troubled rap mogul’s lawyer, in an interview for a new TMZ documentary.

When CNN contacted a Combs representative, the spokesperson declined to provide additional insight into Agnifilo’s comments or to clarify whether Combs will genuinely take the stand.
