Sean “Diddy” Combs wants to testify in his criminal trial on charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, according to his attorney.
“I am not sure whether I can stop him from making use of the stand. “He is very eager to tell his story,” said Marc Agnifilo, the troubled rap mogul’s lawyer, in an interview for a new TMZ documentary.
When CNN contacted a Combs representative, the spokesperson declined to provide additional insight into Agnifilo’s comments or to clarify whether Combs will genuinely take the stand.
