US President Donald Trump tells Iran to ‘cry uncle’ and surrender for deal

Iran has a small percentage of missile-making facilities, US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday, adding that there would be no deal until Tehran committed to not having a nuclear weapon.

Trump said talks with Iran were ongoing, but by phone.
We’re having talks about it now, and we’re not flying anymore with 18-hour flights every time we want to see a piece of paper. We’re doing it telephonically, and it’s very nice,” Trump told reporters in the Oval Office.

He said Iran had come a “long way,” but the question remained whether or not “they’re going to go far enough.”

Trump added, “So at this moment, there will never be a deal unless they agree that there will be no nuclear weapon.

“They have to cry uncle, that’s all they have to do. Just say, ‘We give up.’”
