Taylor Swift has revealed that Irish rockers U2 sent the US songstress a “beautiful bouquet of flowers” ahead of her first show at the Aviva Stadium on Friday.
Thousands of fans headed to the massive outdoor concert on Friday as the Shake It Off hitmaker begins a three-day stint at the 51,700 size venue, many travelling from overseas to catch Taylor for her Eras Tour, according to Irish Mirror.
Hayley Williams fronted pop-punk icons Paramore opened the stage for Taylor Swift, wowing the crowd before the Blank Space songstress began her three-plus hour show, with Williams clad in a Cranberries T-shirt.
