Two are accused of chopping off a Bronx man’s limbs, stealing body parts from a train, and setting them on fire: DA.
Charges against the two include first-degree manslaughter, second-degree murder, three counts of possessing a controlled substance with the intent to sell, two counts of third-degree possession, four counts of fourth-degree possession, hiding a dead body, and illegal firearm possession. They are also accused of stealing body parts on a train and setting them on fire.Aadil was accused of three counts of third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, first-degree manslaughter, second-degree murder, concealing a human corpse, and criminal possession of a firearm, according to the police.Remanded, Aadil is expected back in court on December 19. The DA says Harris will show up for an arraignment at a later time.
