According to media report Police believe an intoxicated man was walking through the intersection of Pritchard Street and Hemphill Avenue in Mount Pritchard at about 2am when he laid down on the road and fell asleep.
CCTV footage obtained by 9News shows a black sedan driving down the street a short time later.
