Specialist search dogs have been drafted in to help in the hunt for missing British teenager Jay Slater

Now, specialist sniffer dogs have been drafted in from the Spanish capital Madrid to help in the hunt for the teenager.
A statement from Tenerife police said ..

Meanwhile. the father of Jay Slater has said he feels police have left him in the dark as the search for his missing continues.
Speaking to reporters, Warren Slater was recorded saying: “Nobody’s told us. The mountain police [have been] brilliant… but I don’t know how the other police [force] works.
“They could be doing everything but if they are doing [something], they’re not telling us what they’re doing, if you understand what I’m saying.”
The 19-year-old from Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, disappeared in Tenerife on 17 June following an attempt to walk back to his accommodation after missing a bus.
He had attended the NRG music festival on the island with two friends before his disappearance.
