Seven people fighting for life, 20 others injured in Queensland highway crash

More than 25 people have been injured in a serious crash involving a bus and caravan on a major Queensland highway.
Paramedics are treating seven people for life-threatening injuries and 20 for minor injuries after the crash in the Wilson Creek Rest Area on the Bruce Highway at Gumlu just after 11am.
Emergency services were called to the scene after reports the vehicles had collided, 9NEWS reported..
