Sean “Diddy” Combs and his ex-bodyguard are accused of drugging and assaulting a woman sexually in 2001.Thalia Graves filed the lawsuit on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, according to court records that USA TODAY was able to obtain. According to Graves, who claims she was dating one of Combs’ employees at the time, Combs and his bodyguard at the time, Joseph “Big Joe” Sherman, “viciously raped her” at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City in the summer of 2001.
The woman is suing Combs and Sherman for allegedly gender-motivated violence and for allegedly breaking New York law by filming and sharing footage of her assault.
