Ryanair Reduces Berlin Flights by 20% Due to High Costs

Ryanair

Ryanair has announced that it will reduce its flights at Berlin Brandenburg Airport by 20% due to “sky-high costs.” As part of this reduction, Ryanair will decrease its based aircraft in Berlin from 9 to 7, leading to the loss of 750,000 seats and six routes, including Brussels, Chania, Kaunas, Krakow, Luxembourg, and Riga.

The airline, Europe’s largest, plans to shift its capacity to other lower-cost EU countries such as Italy, Poland, and Spain as a result of these cuts.
