Police arrest a man in relation to the deaths of three people in Sydney
Martial arts instructor Kwang Kyung Yoo has been charged with murder in connection with the deaths of three people in Sydney.
The body of Stephen Cho, 39, was found in a Baulkham Hills home at 10.30am yesterday after a concern for welfare report was made.
