An explosion ripped through a building in Scotland, killing one person and injuring several others, police said.
Fire and emergency crews were called to Alloa in Clackmannanshire at around 6am following reports of an explosion in a building.
A man, who was in the Kellie Place property when the explosion occurred, was killed in the explosion.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and has not yet been officially identified.
Three other people from the same building were taken to Forth Valley Royal Infirmary to be treated for minor injuries.
