Mourners gathered have outside a southern Finland school a day after a shooter killed a 12-year-old boy and seriously wounded two girls the same age. Within an hour following the heinous crime, the attackers were taken into custody. The attack stunned the country of Finland, where blue-and-white flags were flown at half mast and a large number of people, including parents, teachers, and fellow students, decorated the snowy landscape with candles and flowers.Among the injured girls, according to the police, is a dual citizen of Kosovo and Finland. Both the victims and the shooter were fellow students
