Moscow attack: Russian court charges four men with act of terrorism

According to the BBC, a Russian court has accused four men of being terrorists in the wake of the attack in Moscow.
One of the four was wheeled into court after appearing to have been beaten. They were accused of carrying out a terrorist act. The Islamic State group, or IS, said it carried out Friday’s outrage at Crocus City Hall and posted video evidence. ABC adds Russian investigators said the attack killed at least 137 people, including three children, and injured 182 others.
