Member of Netanyahu’s party urges PM to order strike on Iranian nuclear sites

Likud MP Moshe Saada asked the leader of his party, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, to order an attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities in retaliation for Tehran’s missile attack on Israel last week.
“I think Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should do what is good for the state of Israel,” Saada told radio station 103FM. “Now he has a unique historical opportunity to go down in the history books as the defender of Israel and the West, and all he has to do is attack the nuclear countries. This is what must be done.”

“Imagine what would have happened in the last attack if Iran had not had ballistic missiles but an atomic bomb, what would the Israelis have done? “Bottled water supplies and bomb shelters didn’t help,” he says… Meanwhile, there were concerns about a group of Irish peacekeepers serving as part of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) in the demarcation of the Blue Line. . . between southern Lebanon and Israel.
Israeli forces have recently crossed the line and appear to be operating close to where Irish troops are stationed. The Irish Defense Forces said all 347 Irish soldiers have been accounted for and are doing well.
UNIFIL said the proximity of IDF forces to a position occupied by Irish forces was “disturbing”.
