As per local Media. Following an attack in east London on several individuals, including two police officers, a man brandishing a sward has been taken into custody.
The Metropolitan Police and other emergency services were called shortly before 7am to Hainault to reports of a vehicle being driven into a house in Thurlow Gardens.
Multiple stabbings were reported, according to the force. One of the victims is thought to be a 13-year-old child.
A police spokesperson said: “At this time we understand the suspect went on to attack other members of the public and two police officers.
“We are awaiting an update on the condition of those injured.
“A 36-year-old man was arrested at the scene and he is in custody.”
Residents awoke to “piercing screams” and a man “covered in blood” outside their homes a short distance from Hainault Tube station.
