Buckingham Palace Says the cancer was identified during the King’s recent hospital treatment for a benign enlarged prostate.

The monarch says he feels “wholly positive” about his treatment and will “continue to undertake state business and official paperwork as usual”.King Charles will be taking a step back from public-facing duties, Buckingham Palace has announced.
