Marshall claims on the TikTok, “I make videos, or all my comments, that are just simple comments, but I get them taken down all the time.” “It is simply becoming absurd.”

Marshall then goes into great detail about how, “if it was up to him,” he would murder Trudeau and Freeland with violence.

Marshall insults the media, immigrants, Muslims, law enforcement officials who defend the government, and members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community throughout the nearly 11-minute TikTok.

Marshall’s bail includes prohibitions on communicating with Trudeau and Freeland, refraining from using the internet to post or comment on social media, not possessing any weapons, and not pursuing the acquisition of a firearms license.

A routine publication ban applies to all of the case’s evidence that was presented during the bail hearing.

Marshall’s attorney, Nate Jackson, highlighted his client’s Canadian rights and liberties in an email statement.
