Judge found that former game show host Andrew O’Keefe had a habit of spitting at the woman during arguments, despite his best efforts to persuade the court that the woman had lied about being assaulted by him.
Judge John Pickering of the District Court upheld O’Keefe’s convictions for assault and domestic abuse today, rejecting the lawyers’ claims that the victim had scratched her own arm and then placed the blame on O’Keefe.
The judge, however, dismissed additional drug possession charges because she could not establish that objects discovered in O’Keefe’s apartment’s lock box were his.
