At least 92 people were killed by Israeli airstrikes on Thursday, and hundreds more have died since Monday, according to Lebanon’s health ministry.

Over 600 people have died as a result of Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon since Monday, according to local authorities.

US President Barack Obama and other allies have called for a ceasefire, but Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the armed forces to confront Hezbollah “full force.”

The head of Hezbollah’s drone unit, Muhammad Surur, was slain in an airstrike on an apartment building in the southern section of Beirut, according to confirmation from the organization.

After a sharp increase in Israeli strikes on Lebanon since Monday, there is a great deal of fear that Israel and Hezbollah will go to war.
According to the Israel Defense Forces, sirens are going off throughout central Israel.

The IDF stated that the alarms are “caused by a missile launched from Yemen” in a post on X. 

“An ‘Arrow’ interceptor successfully intercepted the missile launched from Yemen,” they continued. 

“The process of interception and the fragments of interception are what caused the alarms and explosions that were heard.”
