Israel has narrowed down targets for Iran strike, says US officials
Israel has narrowed down targets in its response to Iran’s recent attack on the country, US officials have said.
NBC News said the officials described the targets as Iranian military and energy infrastructure.
They said there was no indication that Israel will target nuclear facilities or carry out assassinations.
US officials told the news outlet that Israel had not made final decisions about how and when to act.
Israel has repeatedly said it would respond to Iran’s missile attack last week.
Iran fired a barrage of missiles into the country in retaliation for Israeli strikes in Lebanon and Gaza and the killing of a Hamas leader in Iran.
