A lawsuit has been filed against Amazon and Mr. Beast’s production company for allegedly harassing contestants on his reality show.

The $5 million reality show is competitors sued Mr. Beast and Amazon, claiming that they were operating in “unsafe” conditions and that they had neglected to “misrepresent the odds of winning any prize in any manner.”

The five competitors, who wished to remain anonymous, stated that there was “insufficient medical staffing” and “limited sustenance” putting their health at risk.

As per the complaint, the “toxic” work environment created by production staff resulted in “sexual harassment” for female contestants. Those parts have been heavily redacted in an effort to comply with the “confidentiality provisions” that the rivals signed, according to a press release from their attorneys.

The lawsuit supports the claims made by online influencers shortly after the shoot that certain contestants were injured and did not have regular access to food and medication due to a disorganized set. According to other participants, they were given MrBeast-branded chocolate bars and two light meals a day.

In order to obtain a state tax credit worth more than $2 million, Mr. Beast’s team is also accused of “knowingly misclassifying” the contestants’ employment status to the Nevada Film Commission.

The five rivals want relief in the form of an order for Mr. Beast to implement “workplace reforms” and pay “all wages owed.”
