In retaliation for Hezbollah’s heavy rocket barrage this morning, the Israel Defense Forces attacked targets in southern Lebanon.
According to an IDF statement, “fighter jets attacked four terrorist infrastructures of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in the Ya’atar area in southern Lebanon, from where launches were made towards the north of the country earlier today.”
Additionally targeted was the Hanine region.
Hezbollah fired 160 rockets at parts of northern Israel in retaliation for last night’s killing of Taleb Abdullah in a Israeli airstrike.
The IDF also confirmed that no casualties had been sustained in the rocket barrages this morning.
