Numerous deaths have been reported as a result of Israeli strikes in the Baalbek region. Media reported that Israel conducted airstrikes on Monday close to the eastern city of Baalbek in Lebanon, citing security sources as the source of the country’s second such raids since cross-border hostilities erupted following the Gaza war.
There has been almost constant gunfire between Israel, the arch-enemy of Hamas, and its ally Hezbollah since October 8, the day the conflict in the Gaza Strip began.
