According to Channel 12 News in Israel, the IDF strike on the terror group’s underground headquarters in Beirut tonight resulted in the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.

The New York Times reports, citing two Iranian officials with knowledge of the meeting, that Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has called an emergency meeting of the country’s Supreme National Security Council at his residence.
The officials stated that the reason for calling the meeting was an Israeli strike that hit Hassan Nasrallah, the head of the Lebanese terror group backed by Iran, at a Hezbollah command center located in southern Beirut.
