London Fire Brigade said in a statement: “Four vehicles were damaged by fire.

“Multiple cylinders on the vehicles have exploded and caused windows to break in an adjacent block of flats.”

Hatzola is a not-for-profit volunteer organization that responds to medical emergencies.
