.Following conservative influencer Ashley St Clair’s assertion that he is the father of her five-month-old child, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has spoken out.
She claimed that in order to protect the child, she had kept the information confidential, but that she changed her mind and went public when she discovered that tabloids were getting ready to publish the story. “To protect our child’s privacy and safety, I have not previously disclosed this, but it has become evident in recent days that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause,” she wrote.
The billionaire responded to a post on X that implied the 26-year-old had been “planning” for his child’s birth for five years with a “Whoa” reaction.After Mr. Musk’s fleeting response, Ms. St. Clair chastised him for speculating online instead of answering her directly.
Later, her lawyer, Brian Glicklich, acknowledged that she and Mr. Musk had been negotiating a co-parenting arrangement in private. “We are awaiting Elon’s public admission of his parental role with Ashley in order to stop baseless rumors. For the protection and welfare of their shared child, Ashley believes Elon intends to finalize their agreement as quickly as possible,” he said in a statement.
With three women, Elon Musk, 52, has twelve other children. With his first wife, Justine Wilson, he has five children: triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian; and twins Vivian and Griffin. He has three kids with musician Grimes: Techno Mechanicus, Exa Dark Siderael, and X. Strider and Azure are the twins of Mr. Musk and Shivon Zilis, an executive at Neuralink.
