Ottawa Paramedics said they responded to a call at 12:50 a.m. on Clarence Street.Ottawa police said in a social media post that they responded to the area of Clarence Street and Parent Avenue. They transported one man to hospital in critical condition and another in serious but stable.
Roads in the area had reopened by later Tuesday.
