According to the Irish Mirror An investigation has been opened by the renowned hospital where the Princess of Wales received treatment due to allegations that personnel tried to obtain her personal medical records.

Authorities are looking into allegations that Kate’s privacy was violated in January while she was a patient at The London Clinic. It was reported that at least one employee had been seen attempting to access the 42-year-old’s notes. The hospital in Marylebone, Central London, which is known for discreetly caring for members of the royal family, former presidents, prime ministers, and celebrities, has been rocked by the allegations.
