A manhunt has been launched after an eight-year-old girl and a man were seriously injured in a shooting in west London on Sunday

Police are appealing for help and information after they were called to Southern Row, Ladbroke Grove, just after 5.30pm following reports of a shooting,according to the sky news

A manhunt has been launched after an eight-year-old girl and a man were seriously injured in a shooting in west London on Sunday.

Police are appealing for help and information after they were called to Southern Row, Ladbroke Grove, just after 5.30pm following reports of a shooting.

In the appeal, superintendent Owen Renowden, in charge of policing for Kensington and Chelsea, said: “Did you hear any gunshots around 5.30pm yesterday evening? Did you see anyone fleeing from the area?”

The 34-year-old man and eight-year-old girl were taken to hospital. The girl is now in a stable condition.

A 32-year-old woman was also taken to hospital as a precaution
