A drunk-driving woman inadvertently killed her three kids when she collided with another car while going 140 miles per hour.
Authorities stated a woman was driving drunk at around 140 miles per hour at the time of the disaster, and she was officially charged with the deaths of four people, including her own children, more than a month after the incident.
When Rachel Bickerstaff, 33, of Omaha, Nebraska, appeared in court on Thursday, she sobbed while confined to her wheelchair. After weeks in the hospital in Kansas due to serious burns, Bickerstaff was booked into the Douglas County Jail on Wednesday. A warrant for her arrest was issued while she healed at the hospital.
