Navy plane crashes in South Korea, killing all 4 crew members

The incident happened in Pohang, where locals said that an unidentified aircraft fell onto a hill and caused a fireThe P-3C patrol plane left its base in the southeastern city of Pohang at 1.43pm (local time) but crashed due to unknown reasons, the navy said in a statement. It said it had identified the bodies of the four crew members and was in the process of recovering them.

There were no immediate reports of civilian casualties on the ground. The navy said in a statement that it established a task force to investigate the cause of the crash and temporarily suspended all flights of P-3s.
