The US shapewear brand has signed a lease with the Crown Estate and will open a store on the historic shopping street in summer 2026.
Skims was co-founded by Kardashian and entrepreneur Jens Grede in 2019.
It rapidly gained cult status – specialising in women’s underwear, loungewear and shapewear for a variety of body types.
Laura Thursfield, Retail Leasing Director at The Crown Estate, said: “Welcoming SKIMS in its first foray into the UK bricks-and-mortar market is an exciting moment for The Crown Estate. Emphasising Regent Street’s position as London’s premier lifestyle destination, the arrival of SKIMS highlights the area’s sustained attractiveness for global brands.
“This opening will enhance the diversity of The Crown Estate’s wider retail and leisure offering, boosting both footfall and commercial activity in the West End by driving different audiences towards the world-class destination that is Regent Street.”
The new store will add to the area’s existing mix of retail, dining and entertainment businesses. The Crown Estate has stated the signing is in line with its plans to continue shaping the West End as a central London destination that adapts to changing visitor needs.
A men’s collection was launched in 2023.
