A woman who had filed a civil lawsuit accusing music moguls Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting her over two decades ago has voluntarily dropped her case. The alleged incident was said to have occurred in 2000, with the accuser claiming she was attacked by the two artists when she was 13 years old.
Court documents confirmed that the lawsuit was withdrawn on Friday. Both Jay-Z and Combs were reportedly present at the ‘Armand de Brignac’ Champagne Party in Cannes, France, during the time the case was being pursued. No further details about the withdrawal have been disclosed.
