Despite having the chance to break the 10-point threshold with just seconds left in the game, James dished the ball to Lakers forward Rui Hachimura for the game-winning shot in Toronto.James shot an abysmal 4 of 17 from the field and 0 of 5 from beyond the arc while racking up six rebounds and 11 assists.
Asked by reporters whether he had any negative thoughts after breaking the streak, James’ answer was simple.
“None. We won,” James said.
