Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani has been hospitalized and is in “critical but stable condition,” his spokesperson Ted Goodman said on Sunday.
He didn’t provide more details about the 81-year-old’s health condition.
“Mayor Giuliani is a fighter who has faced every challenge in his life with unwavering strength, and he’s fighting with that strength now,” Goodman said in a statement. “We do ask that you join us in prayer for America’s Mayor Rudy Giuliani.”Giuliani was elected New York’s mayor in 1993 after serving as one of the nation’s highest-profile prosecutors.
