LAPD was called to respond to scuffles at UCLA, where fireworks were thrown and fights broke out between rival protesters.
There were violent clashes between the pro-Palestinian encampment and counter-protesters at UCLA overnight. The LAPD said it was responding at the university’s request “due to multiple acts of violence.”
