A woman is in a critical condition in hospital following an alleged assault in her home in north County Dublin.
The woman, in her 40s, was discovered at the bottom of the stairs by her husband who returned from work at around 9pm on Tuesday, May 13.
Sources say the woman has ‘serious injuries’ and remains in intensive care in a critical condition.
