US President Donald Trump will travel to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates in his first trip to the Middle East since returning to the White House.

Trump is expected to sign major arms deals worth up to $1 trillion (€900 billion) during the trip.

Before he even started, questions were raised about the legality of a luxury airliner that the government of Qatar is gifting Trump.
