The Jewish account opened by Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on the social platform X was suspended after only two posts, according to the Jerusalem Post.
The final message on Sunday was: “The Zionist regime made a mistake and miscalculated regarding Iran. We have to understand what power, what capacity, what initiative and what desire the Iranian nation has.” The first message in Hebrew appeared on Saturday, saying: “In the name of Allah the Merciful.” The two messages appeared after Israeli attacks on Iranian military targets last week. On his X account, Khamenei frequently posts messages in Hebrew, often using strong language against Israel.
Khamenei had said that Israeli airstrikes against Iran should neither be intensified nor minimized. While Israel would like to amplify the effects of its actions against Iran, Khamenei said on Sunday, adding that it would not be fair for Iran to minimize the attacks as trivial, CNN reported.
