PSG refuse order to pay Mbappé €55 million in unpaid salary

Ligue 1 has ordered the Parisian club to pay its former star the amount owed by Kylian Mbappé for the last three months of his salary and various bonuses. PSG say that Mbappé has previously agreed to waive the payment.

Paris Saint-Germain will refuse to comply with a League order to pay Kylian Mbappé 55 million euros ($59.5 million) in back wages, a source close to the club told AFP on Friday.

A French League committee has attempted to mediate the increasingly bitter dispute between Real Madrid forward Mbappé and the club he left this year. Mbappe requested this amount, which, according to him, consists of the last 3 months of his salary plus some bonuses.
But Qatari PSG say the 25-year-old has agreed to waive the fee in August 2023.
