Typhoon Yagi-caused floods and landslides in Myanmar claim more than 100 lives.

Typhoon Yagi’s remnants have caused flooding and mudslides in Myanmar, resulting in the deaths of over 100 people.
The ruling junta’s spokesperson, Zaw Min Tun, stated in a statement issued on Sunday that in addition to the 113 confirmed deaths, 64 more people were still unaccounted for. However, local reports indicate that the actual death toll may be higher.
According to the AFP news agency, more than 320,000 people have been forced to relocate to makeshift shelters.
With its destructive path that has already torn through Vietnam, Laos, the Philippines, and the Chinese island of Hainan, Yagi is the strongest storm to hit Asia this year.
