The Reston, Virginia-based company creates its own insights on 250 million people using its AI modeling system.
Resonate says 2.3 million Americans in battleground states are more likely to be swayed by celebrity endorsements. Swift’s Instagram post, in which she praised Harris and chastised former President Donald Trump for an erroneous AI-generated endorsement of him, may have caused those people to reconsider their voting plans.
