A man will face court today after a house fire in Sydney’s west.
At about 6.55am yesterday, emergency services were called to an address on Orth Street, Kingswood, where they found a home well alight.

A man will face court today after a house fire in Sydney’s west.
At about 6.55am yesterday, emergency services were called to an address on Orth Street, Kingswood, where they found a home well alight.

A man has been charged after a house fire in Kingswood, Sydney, left a man critically injured. (9News)
A 71-year-old man was treated at the scene and taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Following an investigation, a 63-year-old man was arrested nearby and taken to hospital for medical treatment.
After he left hospital, police charged him with multiple offences, including damaging property by fire, and reckless grievous bodily harm.
