A man has been charged after a house fire in Kingswood, Sydney, left a man critically injured. (9News)
A 71-year-old man was treated at the scene and taken to hospital in a critical condition.
Following an investigation, a 63-year-old man was arrested nearby and taken to hospital for medical treatment.
After he left hospital, police charged him with multiple offences, including damaging property by fire, and reckless grievous bodily harm.
