Strikes in Italy to affect air travel, public transport and trains in September
Travelers scheduled to fly with either airline through Italian airports are advised to check flight details in advance and arrive early to allow for possible delays.
In addition, Italy-based pilots and cabin crew for British low-cost carrier easyJet plan a 24-hour strike on the same day. Staff at Spanish budget airline Vueling are scheduled to strike from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
